who is Cache Jill Capuyan?

Cache Jill Capuyan is a filmmaker specializing in picture editing and non-scripted filmmaking. She holds a Master’s degree in Film & Television from Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), graduating Magna Cum Laude, where her directing and editing work screened at film festivals nationwide.

Cache brings a blend of filmmaking, mentorship, and community-building into the classroom as an educator in the inner-city schools of Washington, DC. Through teaching and guidance, she shares her passion for storytelling and empowers scholars to create short films that engage the community and leave a lasting impression.
